We use Canada Post and DHL for all international shipping. WE DO NOT SHIP TO APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes. All shipments include signature confirmation for proof of delivery. If a package is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways and the package will be considered a returned item.
As much as we like to know exact delivery times, we are unable to give you a delivery date on your package , the delivery times provided at checkout are only estimates provided by the shipping company and are not guaranteed delivery times, however every order we ship will have a tracking # provided by the shipping company for you to track your shipment. Most orders placed before 2:00PM EST will ship the same day except on holidays and weekends.
For all international shipping, customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are due before receipt of item. Custom fees are collected in some cases by the carrier, DHL.
Buximedia guarantees hardware products against defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. Your sole remedy and Buximedia sole liability shall be for Buximedia, at its sole discretion, to either repair or replace the defective hardware product at no charge or to refund the purchase price. Shipment costs in both directions are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is void if the hardware product has been altered or damaged by accident, misuse or abuse.
Returns for any unaffected item is permitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. After such time, all sales are considered final. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us. All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Merchandise that has been powered or reprogrammed can not be returned. All returns must include all the factory accessories which came with the item. With your return, enclose an original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being returned and state your request for either a refund or an exchange.
